Women's Ministry

We desire for all women to experience the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and enjoy true connections to God and other women through Bible studies, Apples of Gold mentorship program, and special events like conferences, ladies night and retreats. These opportunities build relationships and equip women to live out their faith.

Please read about opportunities below, you may also contact

  • "RAHAB: Tracing the Thread of Redemption" by Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth

    Facilitated by Bonnie Wichmann

Who would think that God would chose a sinner like Rahab, a prostitute, to display His sovereignty and grace to each one of us? Her story is found in Joshua 2 and her name is listed in the genealogy of Jesus in Matthew 1. This 6 week study contains daily Bible study, discussion questions, (small group discussion as well as large group) worship, and prayer . There will be a follow up study for the remaking 3 weeks, yet to be determined. Cost of the book is $8.00.

  • "God of Freedom" by Jen Wilken

    Facilitated by Casey Knauf

Every book of the Bible tells us what is true about God. In Exodus, we see Him as our strong Deliverer who sets us free from sin and death to worship Him through obedience. Through this 10-session study of Exodus 19-40, Jen Wilkin revisits the familiar scenes of the giving of the Ten Commandments, the idolatrous worship of a golden calf, and the intricate details of the tabernacle. With fresh perspective, we learn to trace the promise of Christ throughout and to ask what these stories teach Gods children today about how to live as those set free. Cost of the Book $25.

APPLES OF GOLD

Join other women in the Apples of Gold mentoring program. As a mentor or as a learner - you will be blessed as you grow together in your love for God, your family, and others. An Apples of Gold class is more than a Bible study. As you meet weekly, mature women mentor younger women through:

  • Topical Bible studies based on Titus 2:3-5 (kindness, loving your husband, loving your children, submission, purity, hospitality)
  • Cooking demonstrations and the sharing of a meal
  • Encouragement to be the woman God has called you to be

Apples of Gold programs run in the fall and spring for 6 weeks. Check out the testimonials from previous participants in this short video.
