  • Jeremy Vance - SENIOR PASTOR

    A native of Wisconsin, Jeremy received his B.A. in Religion at Northwestern College in Iowa, and went on to earn his Master of Divinity from Phoenix Seminary and Doctorate of Ministry from Grace School of Theology in Houston, Texas. Jeremy entered into full-time ministry as a pastor in 1994 and is ordained in the Evangelical Free Church of America. He and his wife, Jill, have four children and three grandchildren. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, writing, painting, golfing and hanging out with those he loves.

  • Brian Schley - ASSOCIATE PASTOR circlefacebook

    Pastor Brian joined the Faith Church family in 2016. He grew up in neighboring Two Rivers and later received a BA in Psychology and Sociology from St. Norbert College, MSE from UW-Oshkosh in School Counseling, a MA in Christian Ministries from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University.  Before his call to Faith, he spent nine years as a middle school counselor. Brian doesn’t have hobbies because he is too busy with his five girls! He loves traveling with his wife and kids, and spending time with them on the water in summer and hitting the slopes and four wheeling when the snow flies.

  • Isaac Benfield - WORSHIP AND CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS

    Isaac has attended Faith Church since 2017. He is a Manitowoc county native and has served on worship teams since he was 12 years old. After volunteering for 7 years at Faith Church, he is excited to step into this new position. Isaac loves working with worship/tech teams and using his creative skills to minister to others. He also loves co-leading worship with his wife, Breanna, and enjoys gaming with his friends.

  • Julie O'Toole - CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

    Julie has been attending Faith Church since 2015. She grew up in Ohio where she received her Childhood Development Associate Degree and her Medical Assistant Degree. Before joining the Staff at Faith Julie worked for L.B. Clark Middle School in the special education department and serves in Crossfire. Her passion is to help children know they are loved and they are fearfully and wonderfully made by God. Julie is married to her high school sweetheart Tom and they have 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter compete in gymnastics, camping, traveling, going to Ohio to see family and hanging out with the youth group.

  • Darian Zastrow - EARLY CHILDHOOD DIRECTOR

    Darian has attended Faith church since 2019. She grew up in Arkansas and received her degree is Early Childhood education and later received her Mid-Level Education degree as well. After graduating college, Darian taught Pre-K for one year and Fifth grade for two years. After having children of her own, she left teaching to be a stay-at-home mom. Darian is passionate about encouraging families as they walk through all the things that comes along with growing children in Christ. Darian loves spending time with her husband, Nate, and their two boys. She also enjoys a great cup of coffee, cooking new recipes, bonfires in the fall, and repurposing and painting furniture.

  • Carrie Brazzale - STUDENT  DIRECTOR

    Carrie, and her husband David, have attended Faith church since 2007. She was born and raised in

    Manitowoc and is passionate about serving the youth in her community. Carrie graduated from

    Cleveland Chiropractic College- Kansas City in 2007 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic and still enjoys

    adjusting patients in her private practice. She is blessed to be a mom of 4 and continues to learn about the unique challenges and needs of youth as she and David raise their family. Carrie enjoys anything that involves her family and you can often find her coaching whichever sports her children are in. She also enjoys a good book, camping, bonfires, boating, water skiing, and deep, real, and raw conversation with family and friends.

  • Sue Herrmann – FINANCE/HR MANAGER

    Sue is a lifetime member of the Manitowoc County community. She  and her husband, Fred have two sons and daughter-in-laws. They became a part of the Faith Church community in 2009. In 2018, after a career in the Energy Industry, Sue retired and transitioned into a new chapter of her life. She began volunteering regularly in the Faith Church office and dedicated her time to assisting FaithKids behind the scenes. Her passion for operations and serving others led her to become a staff member in 2020. She is also actively involved with the Hope House and both she and Fred volunteer their time to serving those experiencing homelessness. Sue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Accounting and Human Resource Management. In her leisure time, Sue enjoys spending time with family, warm sunny beaches, camping, hiking, cooking, and painting.

  • Angie Goessl - OFFICE SECRETARY

    Angie was born and raised in Lower Pennisula Michigan and graduated from Holly High School in 1986. She moved to Wisconsin in 1987 and married her husband, Michael, in 1989. Angie joined the staff in 2007 but has been a part of the Faith family since 2006. Angie and her husband have two children and two grandchildren. In her free time, Angie loves to spend time with her family and friends, exercise and read.

  • Isabel Krumrich - CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT

    Izzy has been attending Faith church since 2022, and is excited to join the team as creative assistant! She has been living in Manitowoc with her family for 18 years and is currently studying at Lakeshore Technical College, she aims to further her education in a ministry-focused area. In her free time she enjoys being outside, knitting, reading, and connecting with others. Izzy looks forward to serving alongside the congregation and sharing in the faith journey together.

ELDER BOARD

The elders at Faith Church ensure the teaching and activities of the church are consistent with its doctrinal statement, pray for the needs of the congregation, shepherd the congregation, oversee business of the church, nominate candidates for elder and deacon for election by the congregation and recommend an annual budget to the congregation. DEACONS

The deacons at Faith Church have the responsibility of meeting the Biblical qualifications as set forth in 1 Timothy 3:8-10; 12-13 and Acts 6:1-6. Jesus came to serve and set an example for us; therefore, our main purpose is to serve others within the Faith Church body. Members of this ministry have a love and a passion to help others which is accomplished through acts of service, providing financial assistance, and personal home visits. Most of our ministry duties are performed behind the scenes because of the confidential nature of the requests.
