Women's Ministry

We desire for all women to experience the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and enjoy true connections to God and other women through Bible studies, Home Discipleship Groups, and special events like conferences, ladies night and retreats. These opportunities will build relationships and equip women to multiply their faith as an intentional lifestyle.

"Prayer: Finding the Heart's True Home"

Facilitator: Wendy Campbell

Have you ever wondered about prayer? We know we are supposed to do it, but have you ever wondered if there was any point? Why you don't come away from a prayer time renewed? Why you only do it out of guilt? Why your prayers go unanswered? In this class we will discuss Richard Foster's book Prayer: Finding the Heart's True Home and take a fresh look at what prayer is and how God intended it to change us and draw us closer to Him and to each other.

Cost $15

Note: No class September 19

"God As He Longs For You To See Him" by Chip Ingram

(previously taught in 2011)

Facilitator: Bonnie Wichmann

God reveals His character to us in His Word. He desires us to see Him as He really is. The way we view God impacts our relationship with God, our relationship with others, our view of self, decisions, and our purpose. The seven attributes of God that we will study are: his goodness, sovereignty, holiness, wisdom, justice, love, and faithfulness.

Join other women in the Apples of Gold mentoring program. As a mentor or as a learner - you will be blessed as you grow together in your love for God, your family, and others. An Apples of Gold class is more than a Bible study. As you meet weekly, mature women mentor younger women through:

  • Topical Bible studies based on Titus 2:3-5
  • Cooking demonstrations and the sharing of a meal
  • Encouragement to be the women God has called you to be

Topics of study include:

Kindness, Loving your husband, Loving your children, Submission, Purity, Hospitality

Apples of Gold programs run in the fall and spring. This 3 hour class runs for 6 weeks and consists of a bible study based on Titus 2 and a shared meal.

Fall 2017 is FULL. Online registration is open for spring, click here!
