Counseling

Life hurts sometimes. If you are going through a difficult time in a relationship or in life, God has put people in your life to help you through. At Faith Church some of those people are in our lay counseling ministry.

Our counselors include pastors and lay people who receive in-depth training in pastoral counseling skills, but are not professional counselors. We understand that when seeking counseling, the first step of admitting to yourself that you are struggling and making the phone call can be hardest step. However, you can be assured that any information you share and even the fact that you called to inquire about the counseling services will be held in strict confidentiality.

When considering one-on-one counseling, the first step is to call the church office. Let the receptionist know you would like to speak to someone about receiving counseling. You will either be connected with our counseling pastor, or be asked to leave your name and phone number on voice mail. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. (All messages left on voice mail are confidential.)
